How can i book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy! You can visit our website and use our convenient online booking system, or simply give us a call at +1 (786) 628-7501. We also welcome walk-in appointments based on availability. Additionally, you can book directly from our Instagram profile (@shavingdistrict) by clicking the “Book Now” button. Don’t forget, you can also download our app “Shaving District” from both the App Store and Google Play for convenient booking on the go!

What safety measures do you have in place?

our safety is our top priority! Our staff follows strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all our clients. We prioritize the cleanliness of our tools and surfaces and adhere to all necessary hygiene practices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer hassle-free payment options to make your experience seamless. While we do not accept cash payments, we accept various other methods including credit/debit cards and contactless payments. We also offer pre-pay appointments for added convenience.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans may change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 45 minutes prior to your scheduled time for a full refund. Please note that cancellations made after this time frame will result in the full amount being charged, whether you cancel or don’t show up.

Do you offer gift cards?

While we currently don’t offer gift cards, we’re always exploring new ways to enhance your experience with us. Stay tuned for updates on our social media channels @shavingdistrict, where we’ll share any exciting news or promotions!

Do you offer special event packages or group bookings?

Absolutely! We love celebrating special occasions with you. While we don’t have fixed packages, we’re happy to accommodate special events and group bookings. Contact us to discuss personalized packages tailored to your needs.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open to serve you! Our hours of operation are as follows: Monday and Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 8pm.

How long do your main services typically take?

Our main services are tailored to provide you with the best grooming experience. Typically, a haircut appointment is set for 45 minutes, a beard service for 20 minutes, and a hot towel shave for 30 minutes.

What parking options are available near your barbershop?

We understand the importance of convenient parking for our clients. While we don’t have our own parking lot, there are several options nearby. Street parking is available with PayByPhone, and there are both public and private parking garages on 2nd Street. Additionally, there is a paid parking garage located in the Vizcayne building (where we are located) on 3rd Street. We recommend exploring these options to find the most suitable parking for your visit.

Can I bring my pet to the barbershop?

While we adore pets, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing them to the barbershop. Florida law prohibits pets on the premises, except for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in complying with this regulation to ensure a comfortable experience for all our clients.
